The specialties of field and sea, local to Aversa, are rigorously based on the highest quality meat and fish, including:
- Bucatini alla scarpariello;
- Linguine alla Costantino;
- Mussel Mezzani;
- Coniglio alla cacciatore (a traditional rabbit dish)
Fresh fish is also available only by order. To accompany all the dishes on offer, a rich selection of red and white wines from Italy - and specifically from the Campania region - is available, including Falanghina and Gragnano.
